I would hate to see them kill off the 9-3 hatch version in place of a wagon, though, I suppose for all practical purposes, they are the same thing function-wise. I know here in the States Mercedes and BMW are bringing in two small hatches, so the segment here is starting to heat up again as people look for more practical car designs without having to move to clunky SUV's and without having to switch to wagons, which have less appeal to single people without families. I haven't heard anything, but I'll keep my eyes open. JJ
