Are you in the US? The top of the line kit is from a company called CellPort. It has radio mute and voice dialing. If you switch from Motorola to Nokia you can change the phone holder without re-installing anythig else. I don't know if it's available outside the US yet. I've seen it at Circuit City in the US.
