I have a new (to me) 1996 9000 CSE and I love it even more than my 94 (poor thing got totaled). A question ... when I turn on the ignitiont he ACC is in the 'off' mode and I remember thta in my 94 it was in the 'auto' mode when I turned on the key. Is this standard in the 96? Hs it been reprogrammed by the previous owner? How can I reprogram it to be in the 'auto' mode when I turn on the key and is there any reason not to do so if it is possible?
