That sounds in the ballpark for a dealer replacement based on what I've heard. Definitely replace the throw out bearing as they are known to go. It's cheap and it costs a bundle to do it later (same labor as the clutch job). Definitely do the rear main seal, same reason. Also have the clutch cable done if it's never been done as they are known to wear and break (sometimes unexpectedly). Most go around 50-60K. It also can make the clutch very stiff or difficult to engage smoothly. Before you have the clutch done: Are you sure you need it ? There are a lot of problems that are related to the cable. You might want to get a second opinion before spending $1100. It's not exactly "rare" to do them at 72K form what I've seen, but that's not all that much wear. Bob
