recently while driving, i noticed a type of whinning low/mid high sound patteren near the fuel injection/intake manifold of my car. like something was trying to open then close? well, went to start to start the car today and it will not start. have a feeling it has something to do with that sound. when i only turn the ignition with out fully turning the engine, that sound is present.... any suggestions would really help... thanks really want to avoid taking to the shop.. mike. 93 saab 9000cse 2.3 turbo 93 saab 9000cs 81 saab 900
