With a BMW, the pricks are on the inside. Seriously though, Back in the late 70's and early 80's I knew a few folks that owned BMW's. Back then it was as off beat a car as a Saab still is now. Just one of those "funny forin cars" that some oddballs drove. You couldn't impress anybody with one, because no one knew what they were ('cept us car freaks). By the late 80's they had started to grow into a status symbol. I hate to generalize too, but I haven't met a BMW driver recently who didn't have an ego the size of his car and all the other stereotypical characteristics. Bob
