You can go to Wal-Mart and buy the tool to remove the radio. It costs about $3. Then you can bring the radio in and show them the serial number -- and save yourself the $25 charge for about 30 seconds of work. BTW, this tool came with the car, but is probably somewhere with the instructions and the radio code.
