I never owned a turbo before, so my test was a first for me. My primary car now is a 5 liter Mustang 5 speed, which has great pull, but I was simply amazed at the Saab's low end power AND torque. I noticed from the literature that the Saab's power band is very low in the rpm range, which helps put the power where I would probably use it the most. It's funny when you see cars advertised with 200 hp but then when you read the fine print you see that they produce that at 5500 rpm's. I suppose you could shift like that if you didn't want to keep your car very long. JJ
