My suggestion is use the lease calculator at www.LeaseGuide.com/calc.htm and play with the numbers. If possible, ask the dealer to give you the lease price he's using (how much of a discount off MSRP is it?), the residual (it should be at least 51% for 36 months or 43% for 48 months), and the bank fee (usually around $450).
