The intresting thing is >that all have about 40-60,000 miles on them. 40-55K miles is typical for a 3 year old car coming off lease. Many new Saabs are leased. Private leased cars are usually good buys as the lease owners know that they have to keep the maintenance up for the purposes of the lease. But, Saab owners in general tend to be car conscious and take care of their vehicles. > Any help, suggestions, >warnings, independant web-sites, etc would be gratefully appreciated. www.saabnet.com has some useful info. Warnings ? Just ask about the particular year, model (900:9-3 or 9000, or 9-5, and which motor it has and someone here can provide specific maintenance items to look for. You didn't say what model you were interested in. The 900/9-3 is a smaller, sportier model. The 9000 or 9-5 is more powerful but also larger. There are "sport" models of each, as well as different motors and trim levels. A turbo is always my recommendation. But, provide some idea of your needs and price range and someone here can give you a pretty good idea of what years and mileage you'd be looking at. If you don't mind providing the area of the country you live in, someone might even be able to recommend a dealer in your area. Bob
