Subject: trade in value

Realizing that I can check Edmunds, kbb and nada, what do you folks think is a good 1) retail price and 2) trade in value for a 1999 9-3 SE, totally loaded. leather, heated seats (front & rear), 3 spoke premium wheels, in Dash CD, cruise, etc. Everything. 49,000 miles. Oh yes, and we put new tires on about 15k miles ago. The car was about $32-33k new. (I can't find the exact #) [I have a dealer offering me $13,000 in trade. Yes, thirteen thousand.] Does this seem a little low? If a dealer will give me $13k for it, that means I should be able to go to another dealer and get a similar car for what, $15k? Perhaps a 5-speed 9-3 S with cloth, but I'm hard pressed to believe a 9-3 SE with leather, etc. Please share your thoughts with me.
