I doubt it was a replacement engine, since the badging is also there, and given we have complete records of its ownership, I think even the tonk who owned it previous to us (1) would have mentioned replacing the engine. Is this configuration known to be standard? Apart from that, ours is coming up for its 200,000 km service, and other than a couple of small problems seems fine. Pesky 'check engine' light comes on and off in a pattern known only to itself, a muffler which needs parts, and some damage to the braided stainless sheathing on the exhaust flex joint. Selkie9 94 900s V6 (1) He failed to service the car at all for a couple of years, then had to have valves replaced when they were bent due to a sloppy cam belt. Dork. .. The problem with explosives is that if you screw up, you're not just history, but biology, geography and modern art as well.
