Just goes to show how tastes differ :-) I quite like the Cosmic Blue - if I were going for any other colour than the one I'd chosen, it would probably have been the Cosmic Mica Metallic. But as for the Sand interior and the Silver dash..... > The demo I drove earlier today was Black and Charcoal, but I felt the > interior was too "dull". As to the dash... I think Black and Charcoal would be too dark a combi. I'm not a big fan of black cars myself - too difficult to keep looking clean! But had I chosen a dark colour, I would possibly have gone for the Tan, but would have changed the Silver dash, as it clashes badly with that interior (imo). With 2 kids though, I've seen what they can do to light coloured carpets, and for practical reasons alone would avoid the colour. Many people on Saabnet seem to think the Silver Dash and Charcoal combi works quite well. The jury's out with me though until I take delivery. I'm tempted by the Carbon Fibre dash, but it's just so damn expensive. Like you, I was a sceptic about having the Walnut dash in my current 9-5, but I've grown to like it - a lot in fact. I also like the lighter shade in the later models, though I know many dislike it intensely! Not long now..... :-) Simon
