Subject: can you fit CD seats into CS?



I have a great set of leather seats from my old '91 9k saloon (CD), but most
of the cars that are coming up for sale are hatchbacks (CS). In many cases I
would like to fit my old seats. I know the front seats are identical between
body shapes, but before I buy a hatchback with ropey seats I'd like to know
if it is possible to put the saloon seats into a hatchback (with or without
being able to fold them)?
