>Is there a lot of >turbo lag? Do the test drive. The power comes on very quickly in the Viggen. It's quite a rush. It will make your Golf seem sluggish. >(I'm too far to the dealer to drive one until I get some time >off of work.) Just a tip, make sure that you are near an authorized Saab mechanic. These aren't cars that you want to take to your everyday mechanic. I'm sure there are many capable mechanics that aren't Saab certified, but, while it is on warranty, you definitely want a dealer to do the work, IMO. > What features are most worth the money? Which ones should I >skip on? Well, I think the only option available on the Viggen is the sunroof, but, I could be wrong. If I remember correctly, though, it comes pretty well packed with features. I've been looking at Viggens, and I think you will find a better deal on a 2000 or 1999, though, the 1999 Viggen only came as a 2 door here in the States, if that is where you are. JJ
