This Motorola carkit provides a ground control mute signal that is necessary for the operation with the Triad Telematics Interface System. You can confirm this at their website. We also suggest that you determine whether the 120 will function in the same car kit provided by Motorola. We have had both Saab dealers and reputable cellphone installers do the installation of the Triad. This would be your personal preference, dependent on what is available in your local area. The installation of the Triad does not void the car warranty since it does not interfere with any of the OnStar functionality. For your information, we also found that the Motorola v60c is supported by the Cellport hands-free car kit which will be introduced in the third quarter. www.cellport.com Thank you for your inquiry.
