In the UK, Hirsch upgrades are covered by a 3-year warranty, so you're still safe to do whatever upgrades you fancy. As for the future, doubtless it will take time for Saab worldwide to embrace he new partnership, as it will be a while for parts and facilities to filter through to normal non-Hirsch dealerships. Until then, find a Hirsch authorised dealership - they should be able o offer more comprehensive cover for upgrades. As for Abbott, well the Jury is still out on who is better out of the two, but I think Saab's endorsement of Hirsch, and their forthcoming partnership has to speak volumes about Saab's own faith in Hirsch's capabilities - and perhaps it's worth the extra money for that extra piece of mind.....
