Are "bear break-ins" common where you live? I understand black bears are making a come back in certain areas in the continental U.S. and they break into houses looking for food. Any auto parts store should carry slip over car seat covers. As far as the paint goes, even the original touch up paint would not match paint that has been exposed to the weather for 21 years.
