If you put a full charge in you now-dead battery, you might make it,
but it would be iffy at best. The problem is not just the spark (which
does come from the battery) but also the electric fuel pump and
possibly the computers.

If you just jump start it and take off, you'll probably only get far
enough to make for a long walk back home.
