I talked to the dealer about it, and was told that the engine idle was within specifications. However, I thought the engine idle was supposed to be about 750 RPM. Can it really be the case that there is no way of reducing the engine idling speed? I can see where setting it too low might cause the engine to stall. However, 1,000 RPM seems so fast that it seems there would be little danger of stalling, even if the RPMs were cut back significantly.
