Subject: BILSTEIN OR KONI

Hi, I've decided to bite the bullet! My car - 1997 Saab 900S 2.3 litre coupe My wheels - 16" Viking with Dunlop something-or-others... low-ish profile My springs - standard My shocks - standard My problem - car starting to wander off centre, steering dead until half-lock, car feels a little unpredictable when turning hard (outside corner dips), braking (nose dips) - it's not that bad but I want BMW dynamics! My plan - Koni adjustable ($$$) or Bilstein heavy duty ($$) shocks all 'round I do not want to go to the trouble and expense of replacing springs as I will only have the car for another 1-2 years. Questions... 1. Will I notice a BIG difference? 2. Which are better for general city/highway driving? 3. Are Bilstein HD shocks adjustable? I get conflicting opinions... 4. Are Koni's worth the extra money?
