Unless it's a total piece of crap, so the reason he won't sell it is that he'd get sued and lose all his customers... and then when it's a slightly better piece of crap, still defective, but just a bit better so he won't lose _too_many customers or get sued _successfully_, he'll sell it anyway (you know, like Microsoft :-) Bob
