Subject: jumpy feeling while shifting

hi, on my 9000 2.0 NA i can feel a small jumpy bump when im shifting .. its more noticeable when shifting down... im guessing that this could be worn motor mounts. is it very necessary to change them or can i continue driving with taht little jumps.. i guess that it doesnt put alot more wear on the drivetrain or something. also my car is pulling to the left side a bit which i cant figure out why. air pressure is the same in both sides and the tyres look straight, could that come from worn springs n struts? bye simon putz
