For the classic 900 there were also 2 and 3 pin AIC valves. The 3 pin was installed on the Bosch LH 2.4.2 injection system and the 2 pin was installed on the 2.4 injection system. As far as I know the 3 pin AIC valves has a stepper motor inside as the 2 pin has a solonoid inside. In my opinion it the two are not interchangable. A. Nijhof the Netherlands.
