Are you talking about the front fog-light? If so, and if it's anything like my '97 900 turbo, the easiest way is to take it to a garage and have them do it! Seriously, you'll probably have to get the car up on ramps so you can access the under-tray, remove that (on which all of the screws will probably have rusted and seized) to access the fog-light from the rear, and change the bulb. There have been a few 'alternatives' posted here in the past, but all of them seemed liked just as much work to me. If anyone else does know an easier, simpler way, I'd love to hear it.
