The only true statement is that the consumer controls the price. But since they really won't change their driving habits, either out of necessity or ignorance, things will pretty much continue on in regular fashion. I don't disagree with the guy, but he's starting to sound like one of those, "I know this sounds like an illegal scam, but I've made millions. Read on...." LOL!
