Hello All, I just got my renewal for the next 6 months and my insurance rates have mysteriously gone up about $60. I believe this is in part due to my insurance company's re-evaluation of the cost for replacing the Clarion CD changer and head unit...I'm trying to find a way to chop this increase down and was wondering if anyone can verify yea or nay that the 94-98 NG 900 Saabs are capable of "passive anti-theft measures"; meaning, will the starter/ignition be inoperable once the key is taken out?
