It does say that the lawyers get 30%, though. I am not sending any of my info in. I had to get a pair of tires and a rim, but feel that this is frivolous. Lawyers! I am sure that the owners did not walk in and say, "no, those rims look too sleek, please put a set of 15" rims on for me! I went through 4 15" rims on a Mazda and did not think to take them to court. It is called responsibility.
