We're obviously neither going to come to an agreement, or fix the problems with the legal system, in alt.autos.saab. Point remains, by participating, you encourage more of this same sort of thing. In a case of a manufacturing or design defect, that'd be different, but to blame a car manufacturer for wheels that they bought from BBS getting bent in potholes created by the City of New York (or whomever) is unjustifiable.
