Hello group, I'd be most grateful if somebody could enlighten me with regard to Saab audio systems. As I understand it, the Saab 900NG with Audio System 2 was fitted with a Clarion radio/cassette unit, whereas the 9-3 with Audio System 2 is fitted with a Pioneer radio/CD unit. Both units are designed to blend in with the dash, and both can apparently control (albeit different) changers. What I would like to know, is whether I can install the new style Pioneer single-slot Radio/CD player into my 900NG, and whether it would be financially viable? TIA for any advice Tim.
