If the rest of the car is fine, replace the rear rotors and calipers. What happens is that the rear caliper adjuster (for the parking brake) will get rusted if the fluid is not changed regularly. Yes, really. You have 2 options with the calipers. Take them apart and see if you can just replace the rubber seals and boots and clean up the rust in the piston or get new/rebuilt. Not a terribly tough job nor terribly expensive unless you take it to a 'brake shop'. Rotors are 30-40 each. The rebuild kits are 15.00 each and a caliper is pretty expensive new. Do not know about rebuilt prices. Good luck.
