I have a Suzuki Cappuccino (sold in Japan and UK only) in addition to my Saab. I feel safe in saying that there is nothing remotely common between my two cars. As I understand Suzukis, there is very little from model to model within their range - let alone other brands. Moreover, the Suzuki spares prices make Saab's look really seriously cheap! e.g. single headlight unit ~ £400.00 The belief that there might be some commonality between Saab and Suzuki probably stems from GM having a percentage stake in Suzuki Motors. GM's interest in this investment (as I understand it) was to obtain small car expertise, and to expand its range at the bottom end with a view to current/future environmental legislation around the world.
