Subject: '93 900s won't run - fuel pump?

Anyone with some ideas, please drop an email my way. Here's the situation, I got to work the other day and then 1hr later the car didn't start when I tried, it coughed a few times like the timing was way off. I let it sit a little while longer and then it didn't fire at all when I tried to start it. I had it towed home and once back in my driveway it started right up. I did a tune-up and changed the fuel filter and then went out for a test drive for about 10miles everything was fine. I got up the next day and the thing wouldn't start, didn't even fire. I shot some either into it and it would fire and sputter but not start. No engine light. I've got my suspicions that I'm starved for fuel. I'm gonna run though the tests in the shop manual, but if anyone has any insight i'd be intereseted. The car has about 125000 miles and I don't know if the fuel pump has ever been replaced. Thanks, Eric +
