In the real world, there are subtle differences in pedal travel and braking action from each wheel when the brakes are worn.. Subtle, but detectable. I have a hint when there is wear on the brake pads. If you drive a car and it is familar to you, there are clues when different parts in the engine, suspension, etc are wearing. Haven't you had that experience?
