I had the same issue on my '01 Viggen Convertible and it took the dealer 3 times to finally get it right. They ended up drilling holes in the front strut boots to allow the air to escape when going over bumps and the problem no longer exists. On my car, the squeaking noise was pretty bad and very annoying. Hope this helps. Now if I can just get them to figure out why my front end makes an awful popping noise on abrupt starts/stops and when doing sharp 3-point turn arounds.
