It's mostly the time that is working against you... all those short trips... all that downtime for the corrosives to eat your exhaust. In the USA, I've seen reports of Saab actually replacing the exhaust under warranty when they wore out before the 4/50K warranty. I was shocked, as I considered it a "wear item". But, some folks have had them replaced at no charge. I don't know what your warranty is in your locale (?). Definitely consider the stainless replacement sport exhaust. Stainless lasts a very long time. Bob
