Subject: hesitation problem

I have a 1990 SAAB 900 non-turbo, AT, AC not working. In the morning (75 degree weather) I have a hestitation when I first accelerate and if I pump the throttle, it helps some. When I get to about 20 mph it is smoooth and onn the highway it is ok. I do notice my gas mileage is down about 5 mpg. I recently put in new air filter, plugs, wires, rotor cap & button. It has 145k on it. Could this be OXY sensor or mass air flow meter? Fuel filter? Also, how many miles to change the fuel filter? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, David
