Subject: 9000 CSE UK spec immobiliser



Does anyone know how to immobilise the engine immobiliser. I'm fed up with
my faulty plip. The central locking works fine from the key. This means the
alarm doesn't go off when the car is unlocked with key but after about 5
mins the ECU immobiliser kicks in and you have to use the plip to disarm it.
The car is a '97 R.
Saab want me to leave the car with them for an indisclosed time at an
undisclosed price to fix the problem.
