Yeah, I hear you, but I learned long ago to *never* put anything in writing unless you are comfortable having it get passed around. That was an old guideline in business. With email, it's that much more important. I think it's a bit of a gray area in this instance. For example, if the head of Saab customer service sent a letter denying warranty service, I don't think anyone would think it unreasonable to post it in a newsgroup. So, likewise, if the head of _Saabnet_ customer service sent you a letter, it to could be reasonably reposted as "mail from a business". Lets not forget that Saabnet is a profit making enterprise.
