Out of interest then, what octane does the manual and the little sticker on the fuel filler flap recommend? On all sub-aero's in the UK it says 95 RON but on the Aero (9000) it says 98 RON. It's a bit of a pain actually because there is only one source of 98+ in the UK and that is Shell (they call it Optimax, rated at 98.4), all other providers have down-rated Super Unleaded to 97 RON. Obviously it's not a major problem, but my thoughts are "if they cannot be bothered to provide 98, why should I buy from them?" Have a nice weekend!
