All the work was done by a Saab dealer. Because of other issues I believe they do terrible work. Yes, the level should go down because of brake wear... but after only 4,000 miles? I have owned several cars and only once did I need to add brake fluid between regular maintence intervals and that was because the master cylinder was cracked. Based upon the responses, it looks like there is a problem. I am going to have my brakes inspected by someone else.
