I had them balanced by a race tech who really knows his stuff. I had the alignment done on the latest Hunter and even slotted the shock tower to get the camber perfect... they're just damn noisy. I've never had tires this noisy, snow tires excepted. I've tried a few tricks, like running them backwards for a few thousand miles to even out the front/rear stature of the blocks. That worked a bit, but they are still noisy. They started making noise at 5K miles, they only have 13K now. I bought them when they were very new to the market. Now that they've been out a couple of years, there are plenty of reviews out at tirerack.com: 75% of them complain about the noise from these tires. Bob
