Could it be a wastegate problem, valve > problem ECU problems? You don't say whether this has happened recently or has always been the case. Provided no one's messed around with the ECU or the wastegate, IME most low-boost problems are caused by (in order of importance): 1. Vacuum leaks 2. Vacuum leaks 3. Vacuum leaks (have I made my point?) 4. Bad/wrong/incorrectly gapped plugs 5. Bad ignition leads 6. Old air filter . . . 56. Wastegate stuck . . . . 734. Bad ECU So give the car a good service (plugs, leads, filter, etc.), make sure there are *no* leaks (check for leaks by blowing butane or propane from an unlit torch at each connection, with the engine running. If there's the slightest leak, the revvs will go up. Be careful.), then measure the boost again. Good luck, -- Grunff
