Subject: 1990 900S Cruise Control Problem

About a year ago my cruise control stopped working, and I replaced the switch at the base of the gear shifter after being told that the switch (I think it is called the park-drive switch) was a logical place to start. That didn't fix the problem, so I brought the car to the dealer. The problem was an electrical connection buried well under the dash. Now, 1 year later, the cruise doesn't work again. The symptoms are a little different - the cruise light on the dash comes on, where last year it didn't. A book I have talks about a relay and an "electronic unit" for the cruise control, but doesn't elaborate or get into where they are. Can anyone tell me where to find them, and if they think either one is the likely problem. Thank you, Matthew
