If you are pulling away very slowly in traffic at 1000 RPM or so and then need to move quickly, there's a big delay before you get to 2000 RPM and boost. If you know in advance, you can jut bring up the revs and pull away as quick as you need but when it's unplanned, it's an issue. A good V6 has a lot more torque around those RPMs. Above 2K, I'll take a turbo any day. >you gotta be real careful driving in snow. That's for sure.
