The NG900 wasn't a great car, with GM pulling the purse strings, but the only GM bit was the floorpan (to saab specs) and a few switches..The 9000 was pre GM. Fair comment, I'm not a big fan of the 9000 personally, bit anonymous and the build wasn't as good IMO as the earlier cars. But for a big FWD car, they do handle quite well.
