I will let you know how it comes out. The essense is this: does SAAB back what their service senters do in thier name? If not, what is the point of "SAAB authorized" serive - one may as well take the car to the neighborhood repair shop. Mine was taken to the *only* authorized repair in a city of 1.25 million people. That shop failed to do the job. I will let the judge sort it out. What is *shocking* to me is that SAAB would fight any good-will on the botch, losing me and anyone I ever talk to again as a customer. They dont seem to care about growing market share, much less taking care of ( and thus *keeping* their customers..
