There are 4 long bolts ( in my case 3, or even more precisely 2 1/2), that need to be removed to remove the instrument panel. My problem is that 1/2 bolt. The head of the bolt is missing, and at somepoint before I owned the car, the last person to have this panel out covered the whole with some goopy stuff like roof tar. I got that all cleaned up, and I got a pair of vise grips on the end of the bolt, but it just spins, and won't come out. Any ideas?
