Then again, you have a point, given that the seller has indicated that he wants no less than $100. Why are steel rims so undesirable? They really aren't that much heavier than alloy, and they can stand to be bent. If you bend an alloy rim, you can't bend it back into shape. I think alloy rims are hyped. I own a set of rims like the ones Marilyn is selling (with snow tires on them), and I just put them on my car last night. I do this every year. They didn't feel heavier than the alloy ones, although I didn't weigh them, and the tires were on, so it's not scientific, but still, the difference must be small. -- Tom Reingold Noo Joizy
