Well, it depends on how you think about it. GM bought 50% of Saab at the
beginning of the 90s (when they were still making the Classic 900s). Most
people think of any Saab after the introduction of the NG 900 in the fall
of 1993 to be a "GM" Saab, but GM didn't take complete ownership of the
company until 2000.
